Tiffany Schlag is a Colorado native who spent a decade in human services before insurance ever crossed her mind. When she became a mom, the emotional weight of that work hit differently and she knew it was time for a change. What started as a part-time assistant role in 2020 quickly grew into a genuine passion for helping people feel protected and understood.

That background shows up every day. She's not focused on finding the lowest premium. She's focused on making sure you actually understand what your coverage does for you. Her core value is treating others the way you want to be treated, which for her means listening carefully and meeting people where they are.

Outside of work she leads her daughters' Girl Scout troop, loves Mexican food, and guards her massage appointments like they're sacred.
