Ryan Rodgers came from California with a straightforward philosophy: do the right thing, even when no one is watching. That's why "Honorable Character" is the core value he claims as his own — character isn't something you perform, it's something you practice quietly every day.
That integrity shows up in how he works with clients. His goal is to make sure every person genuinely understands what they're buying and why. His advice: find someone who will slow down and listen first. He's that person.
Outside of work, Ryan is a scuba diver who volunteers his time helping new divers learn the ropes and face their fears underwater — a fitting parallel to what he does professionally. Fiji, Bali, and Palau are on his dive list, green chili is his comfort food, and he's drawn to the small town feel wherever he can find it.
