Nikki Bakel didn't go looking for insurance — insurance found her. She was working as a bank teller in Greeley when an American Family agent she helped with deposits every day saw something in how she served people and offered her a job. She said yes, and it turns out he read her exactly right.

What Nikki cares about most is protecting people — their finances, their assets, their peace of mind. The core value she lives by is "Honorable Character" — she keeps it simple and just tries to act with integrity every day.

Outside of work she hikes, steps outside for sunshine when she needs a reset, donates to charity regularly, and is a Taco Bell loyalist without apology. Her philosophy on setbacks says everything about her: if it didn't work out, it's because something better is meant for you. Rejection is protection.
