About Matt

Matt Rodgers grew up in Northern California and made Colorado home in 1996. He's spent his career in sales, but wanted to put those people skills to work in a way that actually meant something. Insurance turned out to be the right fit because Matt is, at his core, a problem solver.

He genuinely enjoys digging into a client's situation, finding the gaps, and getting them better coverage at a price that makes sense. His advice: don't just chase the lowest price. Find someone who will take the time to understand your needs. His core value is treating others the way you want to be treated, and the way he sees it, you can't really live out any of the others without that one as the foundation.

Outside of work, Matt is happiest on his motorcycle or four-wheeling, and loves cruising the Caribbean or Alaska with his wife. He's a proud father of three, with the house still very much alive thanks to two Golden Retrievers and a cat.

For him, it's less about what's on the plate and more about who's at the table. A good steak doesn't hurt either.
