About Matt

Matt Rodgers grew up in Northern California and made Colorado home in 1996. He’s spent 30 years in sales and management, but wanted to put those people skills to work in a way that helped people a little differently. Insurance turned out to be the right fit because Matt is at his core a problem solver.

He genuinely enjoys digging into a client’s situation, finding the gaps, and getting them better coverage at a price that makes sense. His advice is don’t just chase the lowest price. Find someone who will take the time to understand your needs. His core value is “Treat others the way you want to be treated” and the way he sees it, you can’t really live out any of the others without that one as the foundation.

Outside of work, family comes first. Matt loves exploring the outdoors, whether he’s four-wheeling riding motorcycles in the mountains, or taking cruises to new places with his wife, Amy. He’s a proud father of three grown kids but the house stays plenty lively thanks to two golden retrievers who clearly runs the show.
