About Lisa
Lisa Lewton came from the Pacific Northwest and found her way into insurance drawn by the opportunity to grow. What she discovered along the way is that her real gift isn't just learning herself — it's bringing others along with her.
She works primarily with the team these days, and the way she talks about it sounds a lot less like management and a lot more like coaching. Her core value is Heart of a Teacher. She wants the people she works with to walk away with more tools for life than they had when they walked in.
Outside of work she sews her own clothes, manages her daughter's competitive soccer team, and counts Alaska as her favorite place she's ever been. Her guiding words: "Do not be afraid" — repeated over 300 times in the Bible, and lived out every day.
For Lisa, that's not just comfort. It's how she moves through the world.
