About Laine
Laine McCord is a Denver native who lives by a principle that's harder to practice than it sounds: if you're not changing it, you're choosing it. That intentionality runs through everything she does — her work, how she takes care of herself, and how she shows up for the people around her.
Her core value is Healthy Balance, and it shows. Running, hot Pilates, and hiking balanced with camping trips, good books, and cheesy pasta. She brings the same philosophy to clients — education first, always. She wants people to actually understand what they're getting and what they risk without the right protection.
Outside of work she's fascinated by geology, dreams of Rockhouse Resort in Jamaica, and gives back the informal way — mentoring coworkers, being someone people can count on.
She's intentional about how she lives and generous with how she gives. That's the balance she's found.
