About Kim

Kim Gallegos grew up in Trinidad and has lived all over Colorado, which gives her a real appreciation for everything the state has to offer. She came to insurance through an unexpected suggestion while working as an EMT fresh out of high school. She's glad she listened.

Her core value is Heart of a Teacher, and it's been there since the beginning. She always knew she wanted to go into education — she just didn't expect to find that calling in insurance. She wants every client to walk away confident and informed, not overwhelmed. Her advice: work with someone you trust and feel comfortable asking questions.

Outside of work, Kim hunts, fly fishes, catches Rockies games, and donates farm-fresh eggs to her neighbors. She's engaged, has a daughter who is the center of her world, and starts every morning with an iced matcha or Red Bull.

Growth doesn't come from big moments. It comes from small, steady effort over time. For Kim, that's how she's built everything she has.
