Grant Leach came from Mission Viejo, California with a background that doesn't look like a typical insurance resume, and that's exactly what makes him good at this. He's spent his life teaching: music students at the piano and guitar, teammates as a supervisor, and now clients navigating the sometimes confusing world of insurance.
