Gabe Fritz came from Francesville, Indiana with a philosophy built around courage. The core value he connects with most is "Think Big, Move Fast, Act Smart" — and he means it. It's easy to stay comfortable, he'll tell you, but the biggest lessons come from stepping out and being willing to fail. When you do, you learn something. You come back more prepared. That mindset shapes how he approaches his work and his life.
For Gabe, the win with a client is knowing he did his best to find them the right coverage for their situation at the best possible price — and that they can move forward with real peace of mind. That's the goal every time.
Outside of work, Gabe is at the gym or parked in front of a game with music nearby. His best piece of advice is one worth keeping: always have gratitude. Your mind can't be thankful and anxious at the same time.
