Nikki’s journey into insurance began when an American Family agent recognized her service skills while she was working as a bank teller, and she’s been helping clients ever since.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, soaking up sunshine, and participating in community events, all while supporting charitable causes. Guided by faith and optimism, Nikki believes that even setbacks are part of a bigger plan, often leading to better opportunities ahead.
