Lisa Lewton jokes that she’s “from the training office,” but she’s really a Pacific Northwest native with a heart for teaching. She connects most with the Heart of a Teacher because helping people grow comes naturally to her. Whether she’s supporting clients or coaching her own team, she loves giving others the tools to make informed decisions, even if they end up choosing a different path.

Her biggest advice for anyone shopping for insurance is simple: know what your policy covers and what it doesn’t, and decide if you’re comfortable paying out of pocket for the gaps. Outside of work, Lisa recharges by sewing her own clothes and working out, and she still calls Alaska her favorite place she has ever visited. If she could become an expert in anything, it would be parenting. She lives by the reminder found throughout the Bible to not be afraid, and she stays active in her community by managing her daughter’s competitive soccer team.
