My previous work experience was all in Customer Service, from retail to Naturopathic college to the coffee industry. Before coming to Trailstone, I got to be a stay-at-home mom, my hardest and most rewarding gig, for nine years. I have always loved helping people navigate a company’s systems to get them where they need to be. That’s why I’m so excited to be a part of Trailstone Insurance Group. I get to help people find the best insurance product to protect their families and their assets.
Before joining Trailstone, I spent over twenty years in the real estate and real estate valuation industries. I was the owner of a small business and serviced many local and national clientele. As a small business owner, I learned the importance of doing what was best for my clients and strived to provide the best customer experience possible. Upon a desire to change careers, Trailstone specifically stuck out to me because of their philosophy that “one should treat others as they would like to be treated.” This is a philosophy I share both personally and professionally. I was drawn to the insurance profession knowing that my past experiences as a small business owner, would greatly assist me in meeting my clients needs and to ensure that my customers are well supported and adequately protected. As a husband and father, I know the importance of having a reliable agent and saving on out-of-pocket costs. My goal is to assist you in finding the right coverages that will meet your specific needs.
My past hobbies used to include surfing, hiking, biking, and sewing; with young children, my hobbies have changed. I have had to re-learn roller skating, handstands, trampolining, playground games, boardgames, and tubing. But probably my favorite is fishing! Seeing my kids catch their first fish on the amazing Colorado lakes has been the highlight of this last year (and catching my first fish in 20 years, it was a big one too).
