Known for her transparency and approachable nature, Katrina loves when clients ask questions and sees every interaction as a chance to build trust and share knowledge.

Outside of work, she’s a certified knitting instructor and avid crafter who finds joy in creating projects that come to life. She treasures travel experiences, especially exploring Germany’s Rhine River with her husband and visiting the Philippines to connect with her team. A lover of Mexican food and small-town charm, Katrina enjoys the balance of community, wildlife, and the simple pleasure of walking to work. Giving back is also close to her heart—she’s volunteered for years to provide clothing to children and continues to stay active in local school events.
